Protagonist (hero):

Prince Charming

 As his name suggests, he is the prince of a faraway kingdom, known for his dashing and handsome air. On the night of a royal ball, Charming falls in love with a mysterious maiden.

He is a very determined character and doesn't give up on his quest to find his mystery maiden.

Antagonistic (villain):

Lady Tremaine

As the cold-hearted stepmother of the title character , Lady Tremaine doesn't harm her stepdaughter physically. Rather, she seeks to punish and abuse her psychologically, motivated by her jealousy of Cinderella being far more beautiful and graceful than her own awkward daughters, Anastasia and Drizella . Lady Tremaine was also a socialite, determined to gain higher status by marrying one of her daughters to Prince Charming or another bachelor of noble blood.

Sidekicks:

Drizella & Anastasia Tremaine

 Anastasia was portrayed as being just as selfish and spoiled as her sister Drizella.she's portrayed as being merely plain (compared to the beauty of Cinderella) rather than ugly as she becomes a more sympathetic character.

Drizella is portrayed as ugly both inside and out and not very graceful. She tries to destroy Cinderella's life in all conditions. She is very jealous of Cinderella's success and beauty and enjoyed seeing her slave under her.  Unlike her sister, Anastasia, who eventually changes her spiteful ways and develops into a kind and good-natured woman, Drizella remains largely mean, selfish, and rude throughout the series, never truly overcoming her hatred of Cinderella.

3. is the story really about this character? yes, I feel as if the story is all about cinderella growth and all she had to go through.
